With every project, all facets from design/development, permit submittal, tear-out and construction will be scheduled and coordinated by the experienced team at King’s Landscaping Co. Included with each project, architectural drawings (plan, elevations, sections) and digital renderings are delivered to give the best visual aid perspective to see the project before installation. With all hardscape projects, King’s Landscaping Co. gives a 5-year warranty on workmanship.

• Patio / Walkways / Driveways: Designed to fit your specific needs, each paver or natural stone patio, walk, stoop, etc… is designed and installed with the highest level of craftsmanship. As a standard on all brick paver projects, a proper base is installed to prevent settling or buckling of a constructed project. This entails 6/8” of compacted gravel with 1” of sand as a minimum. If foundations are unstable or could cause future problems, a solid concrete base with footings may be required. All precautions will be met to ensure a long-lasting, solid construction.

• Outdoor Living Areas: Over the past few years, there has been an increased demand in creating an extension of the interior living space- outside. As a result, numerous projects have been designed and built with a fireplace, wet-bar, water-feature, lighting components, etc… Since limitations of the existing site often restricts capabilities of design, it is important to develop a strategy to incorporate innovative design techniques from fireplace placement to lighting fixtures.
