From April 1 – November 30, the Maintenance Division of King’s Landscaping Co. offers a variety of services for single-family, multi-family, commercial and industrial properties. From the most basic lawn-mowing to full-service monthly maintenance, we can design a maintenance package to fit your specific needs.

• Mow-Only: The most basic option for lawn-maintenance, mow-only service includes weekly turf to be cut to 2.5” during the spring and summer months and 1.5” reduced height in preparation for the winter months. All clippings are to be removed with whipping along buildings and other edges. Geared for those who love to maintain the appearance of their home themselves and for those with a tight budget, the mow-only service is the best choice.

• Full-Service: The complete lawn-maintenance package, full-service lawn maintenance is geared toward properties that will receive 100% coverage from weeding to fertilizing. Also included are spring and fall clean-ups, weekly mowing, pruning and trimming and general lawn maintenance. With this service, all aspects of your lawn will be cared-for with bi-weekly inspections by a maintenance manager to ensure proper care.

• All Services: Landscape rehabilitation, mowing, edging, fertilizing, weed control, pruning, trimming, spring/ fall clean-up, aerating, dethatching, grading, seeding, sodding, erosion control, irrigation systems, color-scaping, winterizing, dormant pruning.
